We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something is not right, here is exactly how returns work at Sale Splash Online.
Your return window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted.
Condition of returned items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odours, marks and pet hair, and returned with all original tags attached. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear.
Items we cannot accept back
- Swimwear and swim leggings, for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty
- Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase
- Items returned without contacting us first
Who pays for return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot issue a refund for a return we never receive.
The exception: if your item arrived damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we cover the full cost of return shipping and refund you in full. Please send us a photo when you contact us.
How to start a return
- Email us at contact@salesplashonline.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and tell us which item you are returning and why.
- We will reply with a return address and instructions. Please do not ship anything back before you receive this — returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5 to 10 business days to post it to your account.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the request reaches us before the order has shipped. Once an order is dispatched it must be handled as a return.
