Common questions
Where is my order? Check the tracking link in your dispatch email. Orders are handled within 1 to 3 business days and delivered within 15 business days. Tracking can take 2 to 5 business days to start updating. See our Shipping Policy for full delivery timeframes.
How do I return something? You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Email us with your order number and we will send return instructions and a return address within 1 business day. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return passing inspection. Full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Do you accept exchanges? We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want.
Do you ship outside the US? Not at this time. We ship within the United States only.
