This policy explains what personal information Sale Splash Online collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information you give us
When you place an order or create an account we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number. When you contact us we keep a record of that correspondence.
Payment information
We never see or store your full card details. Payments are processed by WooPayments and Stripe, who handle your card information directly under their own privacy terms. We receive only a confirmation of payment and the last four digits of the card.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at our site. This is done through cookies and similar technologies.
Who we share information with
We share only what is necessary to run the store:
- EPROLO — receives your name and shipping address so your order can be packed and dispatched
- WooPayments and Stripe — process your payment
- Google Analytics and Google Ads — website analytics and advertising measurement
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — advertising measurement
We do not sell your personal information.
Marketing emails
We only send marketing emails if you have opted in. Every one contains an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
How long we keep your data
Order records are kept for 7 years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Account and marketing data is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete your data, or stop sending you marketing. Email contact@salesplashonline.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you live in California, you have specific rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. We do not sell personal information as defined by those laws.
Cookies
Cookies keep your cart working, remember you between visits, and let us measure how the site performs. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store — including the cart and checkout — may stop working if you do.
Children
Our store is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
