Sale Splash Online is an online retailer based in Decatur, Georgia, United States, selling women’s activewear and accessories.
Products and descriptions
We work hard to describe our products accurately, but colours can appear differently between screens, and measurements may vary slightly between items. A small variation is not a fault.
Pricing and availability
All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout where applicable. Prices and availability can change without notice.
If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, or becomes unavailable after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will always contact you first.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not form a contract — the contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed securely by WooPayments and Stripe.
Shipping and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Refund and Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Your account
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for anything unlawful, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to copy our content or images for commercial use without permission.
Intellectual property
The content, layout and branding of this site belong to Sale Splash Online or our suppliers and are protected by copyright.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Georgia.

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you order is the one that applies.
