Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We are not able to accept or deliver international orders at this time.
Shipping rates
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. The price you see is the price you pay — there are no shipping charges added at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 15 business days of dispatch. Most arrive sooner. Delivery time is in addition to the 1–3 business day processing time above.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 2 to 5 business days to begin updating after you receive it — this is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.
Split shipments
If you order several items they may arrive separately and on different days, at no extra cost to you. You will receive tracking for each parcel.
Sales tax
Sale Splash Online is based in Georgia. Sales tax of 8% is applied to orders shipped to Georgia addresses. Orders shipped to other states are not charged sales tax.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and we are not able to refund orders lost because of an address entered incorrectly.
Delays outside our control
Carrier backlogs, severe weather and customs inspections can extend delivery times. We will keep you updated if we are told of a delay affecting your order.
